Liwliwa, Zambales Quickie

I’m back into surfing and now I will be sharing to you my new fave surf spot in Northern Luzon- Liwliwa, San Felipe, Zambales.

Of course, this is a Quickie so no details on how to get there or where to stay in Liwliwa.

Here are the 3 photos from my recent out-0f-town surf sesh.

Note that I’ll be using Tagalog on each of the captions below.

BAYANIHAN.

"Ang ginagawa ng matatanda, sa mata ng bata laging tama" (It's good to see that bayanihan is still practiced in Zambales)

“Ang ginagawa ng matatanda, sa mata ng bata laging tama” (It’s good to see that bayanihan is still practiced in Zambales. I hope that the next generation would continue this unique and dying culture of ours.)

POSE.

Behind the scenes photo shoot

“Sa likod ng kamera habang kinukuhaan ako ng litrato ng seksing dilag.” (My sexy photographer Tiara put on her bikinis for the beach feel. She’s a beach photographer by the way.)

CHILL.

Surf zambales shaka handsign

“Relaks ka lang habang nakasakay sa surfboard at sumunod lang sa alon.” (Waves died down on my second day of surfing. But surfers always find a reason to chill and maybe wait for the surfable waves.)

Quickie Section is my shortest blog feature where I just post 3 photos with a short caption or a snippet. Made especially for those who don’t want to read.

I miss Tiara! Sasama dapat ako sa kanya dyan the other weekend. I’m glad Liwliwa is now being known as a surfing spot. Naalala ko lang nung around 2006-2007 medyo aggressive talaga waves dyan hehe
