Taking a Break: Relaxing Stay at Summit Ridge Hotel Tagaytay and more
As I said in my previous posts on Taking A Break Series, it was definitely a pause from my hammock-hanging-adventures. Staying in a hotel has been a perfect reward for this backpacker-slash-runner-slash-blogger. Thank you very much!
I must admit, I cannot afford to stay in hotels like Summit Ridge Tagaytay during my escapades but that doesn’t mean that I don’t like the idea. I love it and hopes that it will happen again soon. How can anyone say “no” to a room with a lovely view of Lake Taal? Imagine you waking up in the morning with the sunshine and a dash of chilly fresh air greeting your face. It’s like having a full-body SeriAsia Signature massage in your own room (available at Summit Ridge Hotel Tagaytay). How invigorating!!
But before the body massage, you are treated like royalty with your choice of skewers, perfectly grilled for your ultimate satisfaction. A glass of red wine or an ice-cold beer maybe? For dessert, eat-banana-crembule-all-you-want!
But wait there’s more, the next morning you wake up, have some Tagaytay running and have a hearty buffet breakfast from Classic Cuisine. Oh, how I love those salads, and the toast, and the waffle toppled with berries & cream, and the fresh fruits, and the omelet… oh I must stop now. We have to visit the Flower Farm and Calaruega (some side trips you can consider while in Tagaytay) before having another food tour at the Promenade.
What day in Tagaytay!
Now it’s time for you to try it for yourself-

TAKING A BREAK is a different kind of trip, a timely break from my hammock-hanging-escapades. This is a 3-part series wherein I feature some restaurants and a hotel for everyone’s enjoyment. Don’t you think I need some comfort and convenience too?
Special thanks to Robinsons Malls and Summit Ridge for sponsoring the 2-day trip. I (and my tummy) definitely had a great time, no (burps twice), AWESOME time!
