Cheap Accommodations / Hotels / Guesthouse / Inn in Camiguin Island

Travel Lodge and Food Haus (Near PNB, Mambajao). I stayed here for two nights. Nothing fancy and shared bathroom and looks like a male dormitory. My bed has some bugs but who cares if I would only use it for 6-hours. If you don’t mind those, maybe this is for you. I don’t recommend this to female travelers. Room is the cheapest room ever, Php150.

Dorm-type room starts at Php300, common bathroom. Address: Esperanza, Tagdo, Mambajao. Tel. No. (088) 387-0948

    Hi,

And to think na Camiguin pa cia.

yes, its good for 2. medyo delikado na kapag 3. i guess the multicab rental is 1200, good for 6-8 pax.
cheap lang ang mga food at entrances sa camiguin

hi, i’m here right now in CDO. safe ba ang pumunta sa tinago falls? parang scary kasi. iiwan ang car then maglalakad daw ng 100 meters to tinago falls.

          its very safe marianne!
see for yourself! i dont have any idea about iiwan ang car, but i think pwede ipaiwan ang car sa mimbalot falls near the highway, may gate dun. then ride a habal-habal nlang to tinago falls. medyo mahirap kasi iakyat ang car going to tinago falls kasi rough road at pataas and sharp curves.
          you must see the falls!

    Hi James,
Me and my fiancee is planning to go to Camiguin this coming February. Can you recommend a place to stay. Preferably not too expensive around 1000 with bathroom, airconditioned, with tv etc. or can be up to 1200. We are planning to stay for a week. What places to see can you recommend??? is it cheaper if we instead take the tour packages or just take a public transpo in exploring those nice places??? What itenerary can you recommend??
    Thank you!

these are the accommodations that i recommend. just pick what fits you guys.
of course its cheaper to do-it-yourself. as much as i want to make an itinerary, i think its better if you do your own research.
after you did your draft, i can suggest what to do and not to.

i think it would be better to reserve because i believe there will be an influx of tourist going there on a holy week.
there is no icycle rental in camiguin. maybe it would be better to rent a motorbike including the driver. mga 500-600

    hi kuya james,

my bf and i had a terrible experience with habal habal (motorbike) in camiguin kasi na flat yung gulong ng motorbike namin eh very rare lang pala ang mga vulcanizing shop sa camiguin grabe hinila pa namin yung bike almost 10km para ma vulcanize yung gulong pawis na pawis talaga kami as in… at napakainit pa nang klima.. haayyyy….. i think using motorbike for tour is not a wise choice. choose multicab nalang hassle free pa,…

on the 2nd day namin sa camiguin hindi na kami kumuha ng motorbike multicab nalang ni kuya teddy ang kinuha namin for mantigue and giant clams tour.
